Press reviews

« (...) The Zag is doing this quite incredible thing to ride almost exactly the same, fully loaded or not. As a result, the Zag is a super easy-to-use e-cargo that you can lend to almost anyone; from a complete cargo-bike beginner to a seasoned rider, who will likely be surprised by just how fun it is. »

- Slow Spin Society

« Dès qu’on s’installe à son guidon, on retrouve une position de type VTT. Ce qui marque, c’est la vivacité et la sportivité pour un vélo cargo. »

- Transition Vélo

« Le Zag est pensé pour durer. Il est construit autour d'un cadre en acier CroMo au design intemporel et surtout il présente une astucieuse compatibilité avec les différents moteurs électriques du marché (…) »

Customers reviews

« I’ve done around 300km of short rides (about 40km each time), either in ‘touring’ mode or to go grocery shopping while leaving my car in the garage. I also tested it in muscle-powered mode on 7–8% climbs over 2 to 3 km, and I was able to climb comfortably using fairly low gears. Whether on roads or gravel paths, the bike is very maneuverable and remains very stable despite carrying loads of around 20 to 25 kg on average. I’m hoping to go on a multi-day bike tour with this bike this year. »

YVES, owner of the ZAG No. 2 primary use: LEISURE

« I’ve recently passed 1000km, and I’m still having just as much fun! In morning and evening traffic jams, I can weave through effortlessly. The electronic shifting is really great. The motor is excellent - I never use the highest assistance level, and as a result the battery range is really good. »

antoine, owner of the ZAG No. 4 primary use: commuting

« 1500km already. The bike rides very well! Fast, very easy to handle even with 35kg of cargo. Excellent brakes. »
